Warranty Policy
Stellar Recreation is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. This warranty and return policy outline the terms and conditions under which we provide warranty coverage and accept product returns.
Warranty Coverage:
1. We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship that cause the failure of a warranted part or product under normal use and proper installation for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the product, or the portion of the product which failed, or replace the failed portion of product with a new or refurbished product or portion of a product.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Stellar Recreation or authorized retailers.
This warranty excludes and does not include malfunctions or failure of the product which were caused by any use for purposes other than use intended for the product, repairs or tampering made by an unauthorized person, mishandling, modifications, normal wear, unreasonable use or damage to the product- such as sitting on an armrest, and accidents (including liquid or moisture damage).
Any warranty claim must be submitted to us within thirty (30) days of discovery of the defect.
Delivery Claims:
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging for any damage.
Any damage to the packaging or product must be documented and reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Failure to do so will void this warranty.
We will work with you to resolve promptly any delivery-related issue.
Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, you may return it and proof of purchase for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A 20% handling and restocking fee will be applied to approved return products if the product provided by Stellar Recreation is not defective.
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days after we receive the returned product.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund if the product order has not moved to the production floor and is in the process of manufacturing.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Custom-made or personalized products • Products marked as final sale • Clearance or discontinued items • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, or negligence • Products damaged from improper installation or handling.
Note: Any attempt to repair the product by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages or losses, whether arising from breach of warranty or based on contrant, tort, reliance or any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption. Some states do not allow limitations on the length of the implied warranty or the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
Additional Rights:
This warranty and return policy are in addition to any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable laws.
Nothing in this policy shall limit or exclude any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited.
Modification: We reserve the right to modify or amend this warranty and return policy at any time without prior notice.
